Each of our consultants has a minimum of 10 years experience of helping business people achieve lasting change. Our experience is founded on a combination of professional qualifications (e.g. qualified psychotherapist, chartered clinical psychologist) and a deep understanding of organisational reality. Additionally, we all have significant experience of consulting and coaching at senior executive levels, working as team-coaches and on organisational change programmes.
Founded in 1993, our pedigree has developed - and continues to develop - through working with senior figures across the private and public sectors, and we are proud of the long-standing relationships develop with our clients.
